The heart's conjuction with the mind

The words say they are in sync with the energies of the music and my thoughts, they say they would like to be read slowly and with your full attention leave your worries for a moment outside the door of your mind and then enter this zone. Close your eyes and take a slow breath, feel the air inhaling with it enter the energies of the universe; exhale the air with it exit the bad thoughts. Try to be in sync, be slow, absorb - reflect. Here we go...

Sometimes the heart wants something else. The mind tells it no. But, if you close your eyes and listen to the world inside you. You would know what I am talking about. Because in essence we are all human beings inside we have the heart and the mind. I didn't believe that we can think from the heart until I found out recently. I am not sure if I still think from the heart but you see its nice and gives you warmth to think one has a heart. 

The best thing you can do to yourself is to be one hundred percent honest to yourself. You have got nothing to hide. It's you in the end. If you wanna tell yourself something go for it. I believe you would understand. Its beautiful to know you have got you. You were born in this wonderful world alone, you are gonna be there for you. You don't need anybody else to support you. You can support you. But, if you find someone, please don't forget to celebrate life with them. Because, it's the best gift one could have received. 

Its a gift to be alive my friend. Its a gift. Do you remember all those wonderful memories you have. The people you met, the things you learned. Its all a gift. Don't let the time go like that. Carpe Diem. Seize the day and the moment. In the end, that's what we all are living for. 

I will see you on the other side hoping to find you where you'll be your true self and just LIVE. 

Let Go. Breathe. Feel the heart that's been beating for you continuously. Shower it with some gratitude. It's a gift to be alive!
